Although established in 2024, our team brings over a decade of experience in social safeguards, resettlement planning, land acquisition, traffic and transport studies, socio-economic research, and GIS-based surveys.
At SRMB Ltd., we believe development must be inclusive, transparent, and evidence-based. Across all projects, we focus on delivering technically sound, socially responsible, and client-oriented solutions.

Strategic Research and Management Consultancy of Bangladesh Ltd. (SRMB Ltd.) is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm delivering high-quality research, planning, and advisory services in infrastructure and development sectors.
Established in June 2024, SRMB Ltd. is a legally recognized Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. We work with government agencies, development partners, and private-sector clients to provide data-driven, practical, and sustainable solutions.

SRMB Ltd. is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements in Bangladesh. The company is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) and holds all necessary certifications including TIN, VAT (BIN), Trade License, and Bank Solvency Certificate, enabling us to participate in government and donor-funded projects.
